The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition/must be in their original condition, and all tags need to be intact. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Monton Malaysia will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer can proceed to make a size change or change the design depending on the customer. Charge amount (return) for peninsular Malaysia RM8 meanwhile for Sabah/Sarawak RM14.
